Admission Procedu

 1.报名及需要递交的材料Application and Required documents
     The completed “Application Form of International Students Wishing to Study in Hunan Agricultural University”
     Copies of notarized schooling certificate and academic records
     Health certificates from a public hospital(Recent half year)
     No less than 2 recommendation letters which are written by foreign associate professors if apply for master’s      programs,doctoral programs, research programs, or senior advanced programs.
     A copy of your passport
     Study Plan(Master and Doctor Candidates)
     Certificate of no criminal record(Recent half yearr)
  2.资格审核( Qualification examination) 
    International office, Teaching Affairs Division and Graduate College will check the documents of the candidates     together,and send the qualified candidates’ documents to the government.
    After got the approval from the government, the university will issue the admission notice to the qualified        candidates
  4.申请签证(Apply for visa)
    HUNAU will send “Notice of Admission”, “JW202” and “a registration notice” to the students. 
    The candidates should take all the documents to apply the X visa in the Chinese Embassy. Arrival date  is clear     on the “Notice of Admission”.
